Do you cover my area?

Our notary network handles mobile closings across the U.S. Where a mobile notary is hard to find, such as rural or remote areas, Remote Online Notarization is often the faster route.

Can my signer close from outside the country?

Yes, signers can sign from anywhere in the world with stable internet connection. Check that your lender, underwriter and recording county accept RON for the transaction.

How will I know the signing actually happened?

You receive real-time updates on every order: confirmation, completion and FedEx drop-off. With RON, the signed documents are available right after the closing.
